Welcome to my site! I am so glad you are here. I am certified in Craniosacral Therapy, a Reiki Master, and a Yoga teacher. I like to help everyone from babies to adults be their optimal selves and feel their best.  I have offices in St. Michael, MN & Maple Grove, MN, and also offer home visits to those who request it.
